 Available For Private Lessons: I am a guitar tutor with four years teaching experience working with children, teenagers and adults. My students have a highly successful grade exam pass rate with most going on to take up the guitar as a seriously enjoyable part of their life. I offer a highly competitive, highly flexible teaching approach that can be designed to suit your needs.

The one thing that you will notice about my teaching style is that I do not play the guitar very much during the lesson. Instead, I allow the lessons to be led by your musical interests offering technical help, friendly advice and musical examples where appropriate. The lessons are focussed around the songs that you like and material from the RGT grade exams. I believe that songs are like a vehicle by which we can launch into discussions regarding the technical aspects of guitar and music theory.

My pupil’s parents have often commented on how they like to go to one of the nice cafes or sit in the park whilst their child has their lesson.
